Late May

Lucas is now 9+ months old, and pulling himself up on anything he can grab on to. His new thing is he likes to be chased, especially by Mommy. He's got two lower teeth now and we think a third is on the way soon.

8 Months and Counting!

Our little guy is now crawling all over the place, and has one tooth on his lower jaw. He still loves his avocado but can now eat finger foods on his own like Toasted O's and cheese. Here are a few updated pics!

Lucas at 7 months!

Lucas is almost 7 months old now and we are enjoying the changes that seem to happen almost every day! He's getting quite mobile now, able to crawl a few steps and sits up pretty easily. He loves it when we read to him or sing him a song, and "Daddy" and "Mum" are now part of his vocabulary. He's been getting accustom to all sorts of baby food flavors and tastes, but by far his favorite is anything with avacado it in, and bananas are pretty good too. Our Little Elf!

Happy New Year! Christmas this year was a busy one! We started it off early with the Helland Family, and then made the trek to Nor Cal to spend it with the Santos Family. Lucas also got to see his 2nd cousin's Jonah and Makena, as well as spend a night with his great grandmother "Nanny" in Half Moon Bay. Here are some pictures...

4 Months Old

Lucas will be 4 months old on 12/18/07. Time is flying by! We started rice cereal yesterday - no more liquid diet! We had a nice Thanksgiving at Nana and Boppy's house with the Howards and 2 day old little Makena. Lucas did some Christmas shopping with some of his buddies and went to his first Christmas party at his friend Anthony's house. Here are a few pictures.

Update! Baby Girl's name is officially Makena Kathryn!

Baby Girl Howard was born today (11/20/07) at 12:31pm. She weighed 6lbs 9oz and was 19 inches long. No name yet, but we'll update this post when we know. Lucas thinks she's cute. :) Here are some pictures from the day.

Lucas has had a fun past few days with his Grandma and Grandpa who are down for the week. He had fun on his now second trip to the Wild Animal Park, this time he was actually awake for it! Lucas also has a new toy, his Jumparoo! He can't quite touch the ground yet without a little help but he doesn't know that. :) Here are a few new pictures.

Well Lucas has been busy recently, having been already to Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, a Helland Family Picnic, and Aunt Jen's baby shower. Here are some new pictures!

Here's a new batch of pictures!! Our little guy is now sleeping in his own room (though not through the night of course). He's also been putting on the pounds (okay really ounces), and we've had to retire some of his newborn outfits.

Lucas John Santos has arrived!

Our 7lb 12oz baby boy was born on Saturday August 18th at 9:09pm. He just couldn't wait until Monday for his scheduled delivery so Sarah got to experience going into labor with heavy contractions and a c-section! More pictures coming soon!
